Lyndon Norman

Our Company founder, the voice of experience and reason.

In more recent times, Lyndon has stepped back from the day today running of Compass24, with the boys now taking the lead.

Lyndon is at his happiest out working with clients on daily basis and continuing the high standards for which we are known for.

Lyndon's passions outside of work are

music & classic cars.

He is a proud owner of a beautiful 1950's

Philip Norman

Phil is the youngest of Lyndon's son's, who's input and drive over the past decade has been a huge part of the companies recent growth.

Phil's knowledge and experiences span over 20yrs in the industry, along with being our health & safety lead for working at height. Phil is also our training lead.

Away from work, you'll probably find Phil on a beach somewhere either kayaking, sailing, swimming or walking the dog.

Paul Norman

Paul is the most recent addition to the team, after having worked in global logistics for the past 15yrs.

Paul is our operations guru and is instrumental in keeping everything on track day to day.

Outside of work Paul's passion is football, following his beloved Ipswich Town FC since childhood and coaching his local youth football team at weekends.
